The BUILD Framework™

Five steps from invisible to in-demand.

Most agents, brokers and advisers do the right things in the wrong order. BUILD is a sequence — skip a step and the next one costs you clients.

Invisible In-demand
The difference

It's not about talent. It's about sequence.

Two professionals with the same skills, the same licence, the same hours in the week. One builds in order. One doesn't. Twelve months later they're in different businesses.

Illustration: building in sequence compounds over 12 months A conceptual chart. The "with the framework" line starts slowly and curves steeply upward by month 12. The "without" line stays flat and jagged. MONTH 1 MONTH 12
With the framework — compoundsWithout — flat and unpredictable

Illustrative only — a concept, not data.

Without the framework

  • Post randomly and hope something lands
  • Copy what top agents and brokers do, without the foundation underneath
  • Lose whole weekends to editing, then give up
  • Attract the wrong clients — or none

With the framework

  • Know who you're for before you hit record
  • Make videos that answer what your clients actually search
  • Use AI to script, edit and repurpose in a fraction of the time
  • Build a channel that keeps working while you're with clients
Step by step

What happens inside each step.

No gatekeeping. This is the whole route — read it, use it, walk it yourself. The community and coaching exist for people who want it applied to their own market, faster, with someone who's done it.

Step 01

Brand Foundations

Before you film a single video, you need to know exactly who you are as a professional and why someone should choose you over the dozens of others in your market.

This step covers your backstory and the moments that made you credible, your values and how they show up in your client work, your look and your voice on camera, and the three things you want to be known for. Most people skip this — and then wonder why their videos don't connect.

You leave this step with
  • A one-sentence positioning statement you can say on camera
  • The three things you want clients to remember you for
  • The personal story that makes you credible
Clarity before content. Always.
Step 02

Unique Positioning

Generic gets ignored. The agent who "sells houses" is invisible. The agent known for helping downsizers on the North Shore — with a channel that proves it — is the obvious choice. The same goes for the broker who helps self-employed tradies get approved, or the adviser who specialises in people five years from retirement.

This step forces a decision about your patch, your point of view, and the specific client you're building everything around. It's uncomfortable. It's also the decision that makes everything after it easier — including getting recommended by AI search.

You leave this step with
  • A defined niche: the client, suburb or situation you'll own
  • Your point of view — what you believe that others in your industry don't say
  • A channel name and description that make your niche obvious
Specific beats generic every time.
Step 03

Identify Your Audience

Most content fails because it was made for the creator's ego, not the client's problem. This step maps your ideal client in specific, vivid detail — their situation, their worries, the exact questions they type into Google and ChatGPT at 10pm, and the words they use to describe their problem.

When you know this, every video title, every thumbnail and every hook writes itself. The content stops being random and starts being a magnet.

You leave this step with
  • A clear picture of the one client you're talking to
  • A list of the real questions they search, in their words
  • Your first 20 video ideas, each answering one of those questions
Speak to one person perfectly.
Step 04

Leverage AI

In 2017, building a content pipeline from scratch took Lance twelve months of consistent effort. Scripts, filming, editing, captions, thumbnails — all manual, all slow. Today, AI compresses that timeline to about ninety days, if you know which tools to use and how to make them sound like you instead of a robot.

This step covers the AI workflow Lance uses himself: planning and scripting with Claude and ChatGPT, editing with the AI features built into modern editing apps, and repurposing one long video into Shorts and posts. Not a theoretical overview — actual tools, actual workflows.

You leave this step with
  • Prompts that turn a client question into a script in your voice
  • A repeatable edit process: cuts, captions and b-roll with AI doing the slow parts
  • A way to turn every long video into a week of Shorts
AI is the unfair advantage — use it.
Step 05

Deploy & Scale

Publishing once is easy. Publishing every week for ninety days while running a client-facing business is where most people fall over. This step builds the system that makes consistency inevitable rather than heroic.

A 90-day content calendar. A weekly production rhythm that fits around your clients. A few simple numbers that tell you what's working before you've wasted months on what isn't. And a clear path from viewer to enquiry, so views turn into conversations.

You leave this step with
  • A 90-day calendar and a weekly rhythm you can actually keep
  • The three numbers to check each week — and what to do about them
  • A simple path from video to enquiry
Systems beat willpower. Build the system.
