The information collected may include your first name, last name, email address, phone number, professional role, years of experience, business name, your quiz answers and score, and any details you provide in free-text fields about your current situation, goals, or challenges.
I do not collect sensitive information such as financial account details, tax file numbers, or credit card information directly through this website. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (see Section 4).
3. How I use your information
Your personal information is used solely for the purposes for which it was collected, including:
- Reviewing and responding to your enquiry
- Delivering coaching and programs you have enrolled in
- Showing you your quiz result and sending follow-up emails based on it
- Sending educational email content relevant to building a brand with YouTube and AI for real estate agents, mortgage brokers and financial advisers
- Sending administrative communications related to your enrolment or booking
- Notifying you of upcoming program intakes, the community opening, or relevant resources

I will never use your information to send unsolicited commercial messages unrelated to the services you have expressed interest in.
4. Third-party services
This website uses the following third-party services to process and manage your information:
- Netlify — hosts this website and receives Brand Readiness Quiz submissions. Netlify's privacy policy
- Zapier — passes quiz submissions from Netlify to Brevo so I can email you your result. Zapier's privacy policy
- Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — manages email lists and sends email communications. Brevo's privacy policy
- Formspree — receives messages sent through the Contact page. Formspree's privacy policy
- Calendly — manages call and session bookings. Calendly's privacy policy
- Zoom — used to deliver online sessions. Zoom's privacy policy
- Stripe — processes card payments for coaching and programs, through checkout links, invoices or the booking page. Stripe handles all payment data securely; I do not see or store your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy
- Google — this website loads fonts from Google Fonts and video thumbnails from YouTube, so Google may receive your IP address and browser details when you visit. Google's privacy policy
When the online community opens, the platform that hosts it will be added to this list before launch.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Email communications
If you opt in to receive email updates or educational content, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email I send, or by contacting me directly at lance@lancemulu.com.au.
I aim to send only relevant, useful content related to building a brand with YouTube, content creation, and AI tools for real estate agents, mortgage brokers and financial advisers. I do not send unsolicited emails.

I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. All form submissions are transmitted via secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS).

I do not disclose personal information to overseas recipients except where the third-party service providers listed in Section 4 operate infrastructure outside New Zealand — mainly in the United States and the European Union. In such cases, I take reasonable steps to ensure those parties handle your information in a manner consistent with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and, where it applies to you, the Australian Privacy Principles.
